(1) Vendor needs to provide community organizing consulting services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- This vacancy has reduced activity from the general public and created the need for building community engagement and positive promotion for the district.
- To kickstart activity beneficial to the community, the City is funding community organizing services with the goal to allow an organization to become self-sustaining and eventually not require City financial support for these services through fundraising.
- The successful proposer will deliver, maintain and expand the following community organizing services in the Metro District. These services will entail enhancing public safety, asset and neighborhood preservation services, and business assistance, as well as build relationships between the business owners, property owners, developers and City (Stakeholders).
(2) A pre proposal meeting will be held on June 15, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 22, 2023.
