[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide change auditor for Microsoft on-prem and O365 applications.
- The software must proactively monitor all security changes occurring across our Active Directory,
Azure Active Directory and Office 365 environments, regardless of whether the activity takes place on-prem or in the cloud. Metra is looking for a solution that will provide a single “pane of glass” console for management and monitoring that presents data from all sources in a unified display.
• SharePoint on-premise, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business Auditing and Monitoring
o Provide for a single, correlated view of all SharePoint, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business activity whether on-prem or in the cloud.
o Store audit data in one centralized and secure database, providing separation of duties (SoD) between SharePoint admins and security staff.
o Track changes to SharePoint server configurations and security changes involving users, permissions, farms and servers.
o Track user and administrator activity with detailed information for change events, plus original and current values for all changes.
• Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Logon Activity Auditing and Monitoring
o Audit Active Directory account logons, from logon to logoff
o View all AD logons/logoffs, Azure AD sign-ins and Office 365 activity together
in a single dashboard.
• Exchange and Exchange Online Auditing and Monitoring
o Provide for a single, correlated view of all Exchange and Office 365 activity, with visibility of all changes whether on-prem or in the cloud.
o Track user and administrator activity with detailed information for change events, plus original and current values for all changes.
o Audit any changes made to mailboxes that have been accessed by a non-owner, which enhances security and compliance.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 8, 2023.
