(1) Vendor needs to provide investigation consultant default service to the government authority located in Concord, NH.
• Preliminary meeting regarding work plan with Department staff and periodic meetings with Department staff during the investigation;
• Review of the record in NHPUC docket IR 22-053;
• Preparation of data requests and discovery activities;
• Interviews of electric utility personnel, market participants and other relevant entities;
• Preparation and submission of a preliminary and final report, according to the schedule in INV 2023-001;
• Preparation of responses, if needed, to inquiries regarding the final report; and
• Attendance, if needed, at any public meetings/hearings regarding the investigation.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 7, 2023.
