- The selected vendor will be expected to coordinate closely with a designated department staff member for all aspects of the auction, but not limited to scheduling, photography, page configuration and wording, on-site viewing, and final winning bidder item pickup.
- Proposal shall provide information for all marketing tools used for your auction services.
- Successful offeror shall remit net proceeds of the auction within 5 business days of the pickup of the final auction item.
- Awarded vendor will be responsible for all sales tax activities associated with the auction.
