[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide biometric security system to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.
- Provide a fully functional biometric ACS according to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities Version 1.5 and meet FIFs and Underwriters Laboratories certified standards.
- Replace and install U.S. made Biometric Readers with pin capability and identity verification using unique personal characteristics such as fingerprint, iris scan, palm print, etc in government-controlled facility primary door.
- One reader required for data input.
- Provide and install associated control station/panel and software.
- Replace door strikes on door.
- 24 hour minimum battery backup if system fails
- Provide a licensed copy of the software necessary to administer control of the ACS to the Government upon completion.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
