[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide township appraiser service to the government authority located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
- The use of real estate appraisers is required from time to time to provide general appraisal services as required.
- Applicants should demonstrate experience and knowledge of the field of appraisal, particularly as it relates to municipal tax appeals and condemnation issues.
- The appraiser will be responsible for, but not limited to, such tasks as providing advice and analysis for, preparing reports for a testifying in real estate tax appeals, providing advice, appraisals and testimony regarding township owned properties as well as properties or interests the Township is interested in acquiring, including residential land, industrial, commercial, single and multi-family dwellings, and historic and special purpose properties.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2023.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
