[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide drinking water sampling and analysis service assist agency with its insurance needs to the government authority located in insurance broker and broker of record service.
- The selected firm will act as agency’s broker of record to obtain and review insurance policy bids and determine which best meet agency’s needs.
- Review agency’s risks and recommend policies, limits, and deductibles as appropriate to best position agency.
- Proactively assist agency in identifying potential risks and recommend best practices.
- Assist agency in the oversight of loss control activities and assist in the implementation of loss control recommendations.
-Annually market and obtain proper and cost-effective insurance policies.
- Upon request, provide timely, written interpretation of coverage.
-Conduct loss runs of claim activity on each of the policies no less than biannually and recommend risk management practices based on experiences.
- Provide timely advice on various insurance issues that may arise from time to time.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2023.
