- To create an electronic platform that is informative, user-friendly, and easily accessible for the students and their families.
- The website will be an online resource that is user-friendly and easily accessible, specifically for students and their parents to access important information regarding agency-based programs, beneficial opportunities, and planned events in their area.
- The website design should include:
• A design with a clear layout and a major focus on providing easy navigation and access to information that is related to agency programs, events, and opportunities for students and their parents.
• A calendar of events that showcases upcoming agency events, including but not limited to job fairs, career workshops, and other such events related to agency programs.
• A clear and concise showcase of the definition of a agency program, the benefits of these programs, and a highlight of the opportunities available for students to succeed in their specific career path(s).
- Create a website centered around the agency program for students, teachers, parents, and local businesses, and to provide a sitemap showing all subpages.
- Make the website easy to use for students and parents with a way for small businesses to show openings they have for internships/apprenticeships.
- Use content provided by a third party for creation of website.
- Create distinct user pathways for students, parents, and local businesses with subpages for each.
