[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services to the government authority located in Louisiana.
• Participate in meetings with the Board and the Committee.
• Facilitate listening sessions with board, committee, and other identified stakeholders to develop CEO position profile.
• Draft and finalize CEO job description.
• Advertise job description in print and electronic media.
• Contact and recruit potential candidates utilizing the consultant’s networks, professional transit associations, and other sources.
• Receive and review resumes from candidates; acknowledge receipt and notify those candidates whose background and qualifications do not meet requirements.
• Provide executive profiles of each of the candidates who meet the qualifications.
• Work with the Board and Committee to develop interview questions/guide, evaluation rubric and process checklist.
• Work with the Committee to schedule virtual and/or on-site interviews for candidates.
• Conduct background checks on candidates.
• Collaborate with the Committee to make candidate recommendations to the Board.
• Work with the Board to interview candidates on-site.
• Work with the Board, as needed, to negotiate compensation and benefits package with selected candidate.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
