(1) Vendor needs to provide community health loan repayment program service to support a program supporting licensed community mental health programs in the recruitment and retention of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to the government authority located in New York.
- The eligible participants in such program will possess, at no cost to the state, all qualifications, licenses and permits to engage in the required business as may be required within the jurisdiction where the work specified is to be performed.
- The eligible program shall be at all times subject to the direction and control of the agency as to all matters arising in connection with or relating to the contract resulting from this funding opportunity.
(2) The contract term will be three years.
