[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide attending physician services to the government authority located in West Virginia.
- Provide approximately 1040 hours of physician services including every other week on call rotation with pre planned on call when medical director is off duty.   
- Provide timely 24 hours 7 days per week on call services as needed.
- Shall make rounds prior to 9:00pm Monday-Friday
- Provide timely signature of orders.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
