[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide video production services.
• Still photography
• Footage with use of two cameras simultaneously
• Music
• Drone footage
• Action shots
• Transition shots
• Trailer (approximately 2 ½ minutes)
• Full documentary (approximately 1 hour)
• Up to 5 clips of specific interviews/fireside chats
• All files should be submitted in all appropriate formats previously mentioned
1. Pre-production
• Story board composition will be handled by SCNHC
• Vendor is responsible for making its own travel arrangement
2. Actual Shooting (all the locations are in South Carolina)
- Remain with the team between July 1, 2023 and July 30, 2023, filming pre-determined interviews with stakeholders, capturing candid footage of the team on the trail, press events, and action shots.
3. Post-production
• Final product may be presented online and through television broadcasting and should be presented in all compatible formats necessary
• Full documentary & supporting clips should be submitted by April 30, 2024
