Vendor needs to provide data visualization dashboard service to create two data visualization dashboards including recruitment, staffing, and otherwise providing professional consulting services to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
- Provide creative design services for data reports.
- Create reusable templates that can be updated with new data.
- Offer insight and/or recommendations that will maximize the effectiveness of data visualizations
- Demonstrate an understanding of the data the Judiciary seeks to advertise, specifically for the court help centers
- Create two data visualization dashboards that can be updated monthly to reflect data on the performance of the court help center call center and all civil and walk-in help centers
- One dashboard shall be utilized for external purposes.
- Provide Judiciary personnel with training and documentation that thoroughly details (i.e., step by step) the process for updating the dashboards.

- The Judiciary reserves the right to review and suggest edits to training content and each dashboard prior to completion of work. The offeror shall anticipate multiple revisions.
