[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide radio frequency identification file management system.
- Provide radio frequency identification hardware, tags, and compatible file management software to track, locate, and inventory approximately 10,000 motor vehicle title files.
- Solution to reallocate employee time towards more customer-focused endeavors through implementation of a radio frequency identification file management system supporting approximately 10,000 physical files.
- Provide 10,000 radio frequency identification tags and one portable radio frequency identification reader.
- Provide installation directions and on-site installation support.
- Provide file management software compatible with the supplied radio frequency identification tags and reader
- The system is cloud based, county will require contractor to fill out a cloud provider questionnaire.
- Ability to customize index fields without additional cost to the County.
• Ability to customize reporting without additional cost to the County.
• Ability to check in or out files.
• Ability to inventory multiple files at once.
• Ability to scan and store confidential images.
• Ability to view images and indexed data at the same time.
• Ability to extract data and images.
• Ability to create custom bulk mailing labels from indexed data using county-defined fields
- Virtual servers must support a VMware vSphere environment.
- Platform must integrate with Active Directory, ADFS, or Azure AD for user authentication
- Provide an export of current file data.
- Provide file management software training to at least 3 members of County personnel.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 2, 2023.
