(1) Vendor needs to provide admissions and enrollment customer relationship management implementation and support service to serve undergraduate, graduate, and international recruitment and enrollment processes.  
- Service would include building out portals, applications, request for information forms, communications and lead nurturing efforts, training of staff and other aspects
- Services would also include an audit of current CRM use and strategy, and a prospective student input survey to gather feedback, to better inform effectiveness of use as a new product is implemented.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2023.
