(1) Vendor needs to provide scanning and indexing services PDF file format.
- To scan and index the city’s historical tax assessment records.
- To ensure a ‘turnkey’ document digitization solution; the documents will need to be searchable and categorized so they can be easily retrieved.
(2) Work volume will be Convert to color pdf, approx. 160,000 records averaging 10 pages each, cabinet containing 20 drawers of double-sided cards black & white (approx. 40,000
pieces), Property cards: 1 cabinet containing 12 drawers of double-sided cards black & white (approx. 30,000 pieces), Owner cards: 1 cabinet containing 60 drawers of double-sided cards black & white (approx. 26,000 pieces), Various documents from the 1988 and 1999 revaluations. (approx. 6-7 banker boxes), Various discontinued field cards 1 five drawer cabinet.
(3) A Pre-BID or Response Conference will be held on May 23, 2023.
