[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide event planning and execution services.
- The purpose of these events is to promote state as the country’s best place to live, work and play.
- Provide event planning services to include:
- Invitation design, printing, and mailing
- Coordination of invitation list
- Gift coordination including selection, ordering, and distributing at events
- Communicating with invited guests via RSVP and specific questions guests may have
- Registration of guests; preparing nametags
- Post-event communications including thank you’s
- Coordinating with state decision makers on details of the events
- Onsite logistic planning with the resort Company
- Tour coordination including transportation and meals
- Decoration for meal functions
- Coordinating with agencies for the Friday morning Roundup
- Onsite logistics Planning with the falls convention Center
- Decoration for all Functions
- Scheduling volunteers to assist with all aspects where additional assistance is needed
- Coordinate with the department of game, fish and parks on the details of the pheasant hunting and other auxiliary activities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 5, 2023.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
