[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and electronic storage services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF file formats.
- All documents electronically scanned must be done with the following requirements:
i. Must be in color if the original document is in color;
ii. Must be 300 Dots Per Inch (DPI) or higher;
iii. Must be made into a searchable PDF;
iv. and Indexing must be provided for all scanned documents.
- Digital storage and access of the electronic documents must be available to applicable staff within three months after documents have been scanned.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 200,000 images
(3) The contract period will be for two years.
