[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide data system
- to provide, maintain, and support a web-based, Vendor-hosted software suite consisting of dual module enabling to maintain and report participant and provider data,
- All software installations and upgrades to any out of the box product will be the responsibility of the Vendor. The Vendor will provide upgrades for hosted environment to include applicable, (auxiliary) software such as Operating System (OS) hosting environment for the hardware,
software, communications, Network, and other infrastructure architectures for the underlying solution
- If a browser is involved, minimum browser requirements must be supported by versions of Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome 4.0, and Safari,
- The Vendor must be willing to certify in writing the system is installed, tested and ready for use. The Agency also must sign off to show
acceptance of test results. The Vendor must be willing to certify in writing the system development or maintenance is complete and a list of all improvements,
- The software must be able to provide content and context sensitive help so help information is available at point of use,
- The system must be supported by a searchable on-line help utility, FAQs, online tutorials, and online user manuals. The online administrator manuals must be made available on a limited, as needed basis,
- The Vendor must have a robust and reliable data backup system in place. The Vendor must perform a daily backup of the data and systems either disk-based or cloud based storage. Vendor must maintain 60 days of data backups. At least one weekly copy of the data and systems backups
shall be archived and securely transported to a secure external site.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 4, 2023
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2023.
