[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide LinkedIn workshop services for adults of age 45+
- workforce development trainers to deliver workforce focused programs to job seeking library customers
- The Contractor must present a general overview workshop on the use of LinkedIn, geared toward participants 45 years old and over
- Workshops must be offered monthly. Occasionally, workshops may be offered more than once a month
- Monthly LinkedIn workshops must be presented virtually, initially. This delivery method may switch to in-person later. In-person workshops will be held within County, and the specific addresses will be designated by the Contract Administrator
- The primary objective of the workshop is to teach adult participants how to use LinkedIn to conduct a successful job search
- Workshops must cover:
- Setting up effective profiles that stand out,
- Understanding LinkedIn privacy settings,
- Understanding LinkedIn relationship terms,
- Using LinkedIn to develop professional networks,
- Understanding how to use LinkedIn for job searches,
- Understanding how to use LinkedIn to find connections and follow people and companies, and
- General review of LinkedIn tools.
(2) This bid is set aside for Local Small Business Reserve Program.
