Vendor needs to provide homeless street outreach services.
- To complete a Homeless Strategic Plan
- Strategies that the program will employ to engage with people who are chronically homeless and/or frequently engaged with emergency responders, hospitals, and the criminal justice system
- Plan for communicating outcomes and program information to City’s Community Partnership Office. This could include quarterly narrative reports or regular data reports.
- Organization history highlighting experience operating Street Outreach programs and/or other experience serving people who are homeless.
- Proposed staffing model and justification for proposed positions, utilizing best-practice research when appropriate.
- Information about proposed number of hours and days of the week that street outreach could be available
- Target objectives and outcomes, including objectives and outcomes related to service provision, housing, and employment for people experiencing homelessness and interactions with businesses/other entities that engage regularly with people who are homeless.
