(1) Vendor needs to provide audit service to the government authority located in Naples, FL.
- Audit the separate financial statements of the board of county commissioners and each constitutional officer and express an opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statements of each constitutional officer and the county as a whole.
- Provide an in-relation-to report on the combining information based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit on the basic financial statements. The auditor is not required to audit the statistical section of the report or express an opinion on the fair presentation of its combining information.
- Audit the individual financial statements of the county water and sewer district for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statements.
(2) A contract period will be for three years.
