[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide performance audit service to the government authority located in Everett, WA.
- Consultant is responsible to provide resources to conduct the selected performance audit according to SCC 2.700 and the most recent revision of the US government accountability office government auditing standards (Yellow Book).
- Consultant shall coordinate with the council contact regarding the final audit plan for the performance audit before beginning the performance audit. Consultant shall coordinate with the council contact regarding county resources required to complete the performance audit.  
- Consultant shall forward a draft of the performance audit to the council contact before presenting a copy of the performance audit to the audited.  
- Before presenting the performance audit, the consultant shall provide a copy of the final performance audit to the audited. Audited will have an opportunity to respond and comment in writing (response) to the final performance audit.
- Consultant shall present the final performance audit, including the  audited written response, to the performance audit committee for review pursuant to SCC 2.700.040(2)(c).  
- Consultant shall provide a formal, final performance audit in PDF format to the council contact for publication on the office’s web page.  
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 06, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for four years.
