[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide exhibit fabrication and installation service for exhibit panels, graphic interactives, flip books, models, and other interpretive elements in the exhibit hall.
• Provide samples or records of exhibit development such as interpretive panel production, fabrication of interactive elements and models, especially manipulatives and physical or physically immersive elements.
• Provide previous experience on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Provide an example of experience and knowledge of design and fixed exhibits that are integrated with each other and create a unique interactive experience.
• Demonstrate your experience communicating complex scientific concepts or natural and human systems through interpretive exhibits, especially to broad audiences.
• Include experience with creating elements of universal design that provide multiple pathways for understanding.
(2) A pre-proposal video conference call will be held on April 4, 2023.
