[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
- This Agreement is for in-house collections and dockside bin collections only.
- Contractor shall collect and process recyclable materials from designated owned and leased facilities, which includes either in-house, and dockside collection locations.
- Contractor shall collect in-house recyclable materials, including white paper, mixed paper, newspaper, magazines, Old Corrugated Cardboard (OCC), books, and In-house collection of recyclables from all in-house collection recycling bins. Contractor shall physically walk through facilities at identified locations and collect materials.
- Contractor shall collect recyclable materials at dockside locations, including white paper, mixed paper, newspaper, magazines, OCC, baled OCC, and books from designated facilities.
- Contractor shall provide the personnel necessary to meet the collection requirements of this Agreement.
- Contractor shall maintain all vehicles used to collect recyclable materials and ensure all vehicles comply with state and local laws.
- Contractor shall abide by all applicable laws regarding recycling pick-up, hauling, and disposal services.
- At all times for the duration of this Agreement, contractor and its employees shall maintain all current permits and licenses from local enforcement agencies (such as city and county) required for the services described in this agreement.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 30, 2023.
