Vendor needs to provide data collection software.
- Must officially support running on Windows Server 2019
- Must have perpetual licensing
- Licensing must support collecting, processing, storing, and reporting on an unlimited number of tags/points, and connection to an unlimited number of remote clients/workstations/designers.
- Must be able to collect and store tag data at configurable intervals
- Must store historical tag information to a Microsoft SQL Server database for retrieval and reporting.
- Must support generating custom pdf-format reports with calculations, graphs, and charts, based on historical tag data. Reports must be able to calculate data based on multiple tags, averages (rolling), etc.
- Must support exporting a configurable range of historical data in standard formats (csv)
- Software platform must support web-based design tools and dashboards.
- Must support easily adding or reconfiguring data tags from various sources, and grouping tags logically for ease of management.
- Must support easy graphical development of new dashboards, input screens, and reports.
- Detailed software documentation must be included specifying how to install and configure the software for full-featured operation, and how to set up, process, store, display, and report on data tags.
