[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus master plan update service to the government authority located in Grand Junction, CO.
- Gather data regarding current land use, space allocations, and scheduling of spaces.
- Utilize a highly collaborative process involving input from students, faculty and staff.
- Collect input from the surrounding community.
- Analyse data and compare against peer institutions, industry standards and innovative approaches.
- Identify over-utilized and under-utilized spaces.
- Analyse space and department adjacencies
- Recommend ways to improve utilization of existing spaces and facilities
- Incorporate information from the new strategic plan.
- Develop a master plan for the future development of full campus build-out between 7th and 12th streets, north and orchard avenues, that anticipates future buildings and infrastructure needed to integrate sustainable best-practices while preserving natural resources.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 28,2023        
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 30,2023.
