- Create three films documenting our mass casualty exercise.
- Multiple cameras and a drone and the ultimate production of three short films.
• Short Exercise Trailer
• Purpose: to promote our regional commitment to school safety
• (1-2 Minutes: Audience: Staff, Families, Community)
• Reunification Video
• Purpose: to prepare families and staff for reunification by communicating process in advance of an emergency situation
• (7-8 Minutes; Audience: Families, Staff, Students)
• Exercise Lessons Learned/Best Practices Video
• Purpose: to share best practices with other districts/agencies, serve as a motivator to be proactive
(15-20 Minutes; Audience: Schools, First Responders, etc.)
• 3 Videos Total
• 2 Days of Filming
• 4 CAMERAS + DRONE
• Script Development
• Sound Mixer with up to 8 Channels
• Attendance of any Walk-Thru / Rehearsal
• Non-Complex Motion Graphics
• Supplemental Professional Voiceover
