[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm service to the government authority located in North Carolina.
- Review and suggest updates to the existing job description, and confirm a manager profile. Develop a recruitment strategy including recommending appropriate advertisement and social media recruiting activities.
- Circulate the job posting with appropriate agencies, including the national association of counties, the international city and county management association, the association of county commissioners, the league of municipalities, the school of government, government finance officers, local media and others as recommended by the firm.
- Prepare a list of individuals who should be encouraged to apply and actively recruit them.
- Work in conjunction with county’s recruitment division and the hr director to carry out the recruitment process.
- Screen all applications, share all submittals with the county and create a recommended candidate list based on agreed upon criteria.
- Design the interview process, including preparation of interview questions, scoring sheets, suggested panel make-up, and other associated tasks.
- Provide comprehensive background information on candidates selected to be interviewed, including any appropriate assurances as to their stated qualifications.
- Assist in negotiating a contract with the successful candidate.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 27, 2023
