Vendor needs to provide identifying and recruiting candidates services for chief technology officer to the government authority located in Madison, WI.
- Analyze the Position description and the investment needs, including future strategy and direction, for the purpose of identifying important competencies, knowledge, education, and experience necessary for the successful candidate, and establishing appropriate screening criteria
- developing and implementing a recruitment plan to identify, evaluate, qualify and recommend competitive candidates for consideration
- Actively promote and the Position in order to attract qualified candidates and help market the opportunity. Act on behalf to generate the largest pool of qualified candidates possible and generate candidate excitement for the Position,
- Proactively identify and contact passive candidates who possess competencies, knowledge, education and experience that are appropriate for the Position
- Assist with or carry out candidate qualification and reference checks during the search process
- Maintain a tracking summary of candidates who have applied or have been identified for consideration, and regularly provide an updated summary
- Provide reports/analyses of impediments to filling the position if not filled within three months.
