[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising services for brand and creative, media, and social and digital
- requires advertising services to support a wide range of programs and services
- anticipates future advertising services will be primarily focused on road safety initiatives; therefore we will have a need for cause-based campaigns, which can influence behavioural change.
- Strategy and Planning: Providing strategic counsel including understanding our business, developing customer insights, and assisting in achieving our business goals of improving road safety and developing innovative ways to bring our products and services to market.
- Brand Development and Stewardship: Assisting with the evolution of the brand including the development of brand strategy, processes and guidance in support of a consistent customer experience across all assets and programs
- Creative Development: Building on research and insights through the briefing process to develop creative concepts for integrated campaigns, programs and initiatives to reach our target audiences
- Campaign Production and Delivery: Managing creative implementation including budget estimates, critical path development, copy approvals, sourcing, managing suppliers and talent, and negotiating/managing rights,
- Digital Strategy:
- Developing digital strategies and tactical plans that are supported by analyses and consumer insights, while maintaining brand safety measures.
- Ideation of new and innovative social media tactics and strategies,
- Digital Selection and Placement:
- Purchasing digital, social and emerging media; using research and integrated tracking results; developing connection strategies and media; and liaising with other partners and the internal team including providing required formats and deadlines for trafficking.
- Digital Reporting and Analytics:
- Providing reporting, analysis, and optimization of digital buys including post buy analysis and reporting.
- Providing reports on effectiveness of digital accounts. Providing campaign analysis that includes the results of fraud prevention strategies and verification as a demonstration of transparency for digital buys.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2023.
