[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment services of labor relations manager to the government authority located in Washington.
- candidate to fill this position as soon as possible
- interview the Labor Relations Manager to gain better insight into the position, its essential functions, challenges, minimum qualifications, and needed knowledge, skills and characteristics at entry into the position
- create a position profile to present to candidates
- develop a timeline to conduct the recruitment, candidate screening and candidate selection and submit it for approval to the Director of Employee Engagement.
- create a multifaceted marketing/sourcing strategy to identify and attract a pool of qualified candidates to the position
- contact candidates and determine if they are qualified for further consideration.
- create candidate profiles noting where the candidates exceed the requirements at entry and any weaknesses
- Vendor to set up all interviewing appointments with all the candidates and provide the candidates with all the necessary information they will need.
- provide a draft list of questions to be asked at each interview round that allow for objectively assessing the qualifications for each candidate
- conduct a post-interview debrief with the Director of Employee Engagement and candidates
- conduct a county, state and federal criminal background check of the finalist.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 27, 2023.
