- Provide a comprehensive website solution that demonstrates to presenting staff, visitors, and the community with relevant information relating to education in the public-school system and supports the strategic plan.
1. Launch of new website platform with updated content
- Website transition management, content, creation and migration of existing websites and systems to new platform
- Single sign-on between website login and other staff accounts
- Staff training for department and school website development.
- District wide Help and training for all district, department and school websites
- Setup site structure and navigation assistance to staff for department and all school websites
- Design solutions and options with accessible design features.
- Latest announcements, news, events
- Robust website security and data security
2. Launch of mobile device communications (App, SMS, etc.)
- Web and app and help - design and configuration
- Announcements, news, events with push notifications
- Interface for mobile devices.
- Post-launch support for district website
3. Ongoing support and maintenance of content creation and configuration
- Ongoing service to new platform
- Ongoing licensing, maintenance, support, troubleshooting and operation of the site
- Available drop-in training and help sessions delivered remotely
- The proposal demonstrates strong technical expertise in website development, content management system platforms, and web design principles, and showcases a strong portfolio of previous website projects that demonstrate quality and innovation.
