(1) Vendor needs to provide educational data architecture consultant services.
- Facilitate State in discovery sessions aimed at mapping the current department educational data architecture and workflows.
- Develop current educational data architecture and structure roadmaps and diagram and mapping documentation and visualizations.
- Provide a blueprint for effective and efficient modernizing solutions the educational data architecture.
- Solutions must prioritize:
1. Centralization and integration of educational data and system,
2. Elimination of redundant data collection and storage,
3. Standardization of federal and state reporting and research and analysis,
4. Increased educational data access with appropriate security measures, and
5. A platform or mechanism for managing and monitoring the entire educational data architecture
- Solutions must leverage:
1. Single Sign on
2. Microsoft azure cloud technologies
3. Security Measures
4. Multiple platforms that contain educational data
5. Adhere to the State’s technology standards and requirements
- Consultant will provide several solutions based on the educational data systems architecture and structure for the State to proceed with the best possible solution.
- Consultant and Program Manager must have experience with multiple platform data systems, project management, and a background in development of integrated data systems.
- Consultant must be independent from the State’s current educational data systems.
