[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide UiPath and robotics process automation advancement through process analysis and development for bring in consulting services to advance our use of UiPath for RPA bots. We need a team to come onboard to help us identify best use cases for RPA, build ROI and other metrics to support bot builds and maintenance, work with agency staff to build out three identified bots; and provide training to agency staff for ongoing support around bots to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Evaluate existing three production bots in place to determine areas of improvement or enhancements, in terms of efficiency, usage, and other factors.
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Recommend best practices in bot development.
- Recommend best team structure and skillsets for bot development
- Identify opportunities to move beyond some of the simple rule framework and take advantage of things like AI to learn patterns and build additional rules.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 27, 2023.
