[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide complex security services for shift supervisor and command center operator to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
- To provide professional security services and unarmed uniformed security guards at the complex.
to the provided building security post orders of essential duties.
- The tour system will provide documented proof that the security guard performed the prescribe rounds.
- Provide an electronic daily activity report system that is shared nightly.
- The daily activity report will provide documented proof of all dispatched activity, incidents, entry requests and shift occurrences.
- Security will wear the corporate uniform consisting of a blazer with the contractors logo and tie.
- All full-time security officers shall be primarily assigned to the complex.
- Provide the following onboarding and continual training at their expense: security licensing, incident report writing training, CPR first Aid AED training, security de-escalation training,
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 30, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be three years.
