[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction coordinator services and participate with the office of school facilities to advise and assist the department with school construction projects from design and construction document to the government authority located in ME.
- Attending and participating in meetings involved with school systems, architects, engineers and others in reviewing, modifying and improving plans and specifications.
- Attending requisition meetings and progress meetings during the construction phase of the projects.
- Facilitating open communication at the job site and making every reasonable effort to keep projects conflict-free.
- Advising on technical or construction issues on assigned projects.
- Assisting in the project close-out process.
- Engage with planning and approval process used at the state for capital construction.
- Work with codes and regulations relating to larger buildings, especially schools.
- Compliance with state law rules regarding major capital school construction projects.
- Provide technical and cost reviews for the school revolving renovation fund.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 23, 2023.
