[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide special events support service for regular business hours, after business hours, or both depending upon the special event specifications.
- Provide a team of 2 to 8 event staff for any given event.
- Provide a supervisor to assist CML Event Coordinator, attend meetings for special events, and oversee set up and tear down of events.
- Set up chairs from 100 up to 800.
- Set up CML owned PA system and monitor during event.
- Set up CML owned foldable stage.
- Set up CML owned tents for outdoor events.
- During and after event cleaning. (monitor trash cans, pick up trash in event space, and event restroom porters)
- Event staff must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
(2) Pre-proposal conference will be held on April 5, 2023.
