[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide self-evaluation and transition plan update for services, programs, and activities, buildings, parks, parking lots, streets, intersections, and sidewalks to the government authority located in CA.
- Assist city staff in identifying all necessary documents and materials to conduct a self-evaluation and review process, including meeting with various city departments and stakeholders.
- Produce diagrams of city facilities, including building exteriors, building interiors, park amenities, and parking lots for inclusion in the transition plan update. Diagrams must identify the location of physical barriers.
- Produce facility reports for each city facility site detailing conditions or items found to be non-compliant with the guidelines, to be consolidated into a single report.
- Conduct public outreach, including at least one public workshop. Assist staff in engaging with appropriate stakeholder groups, including individuals with disabilities and organizations representing individuals with disabilities.
- Update the city’s transition Plan, including the following:
A. Identify barriers and prioritize solutions.
B. Establish a list of all city services, including a map of the path of travel to each service along with the barriers to be removed in order to achieve compliance.
C. Cost estimates for modifications needed in order to achieve compliance with the guidelines.
D. Recommendations to update existing policies and to create new policies in order to achieve compliance with the guidelines.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 28, 2023.
