[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide supplemental para transit services to the government authority located in Arkansas.
• Guiding the passenger to handrails, seats and wheelchair lockdown locations,
• Assisting the passenger with seat belts, lab belts and shoulder harnesses,
• Assisting the passenger by guiding them from the exterior door to the vehicle and back, if requested,
• Providing verbal cues or orientation announcements for passengers who are visually impaired, and
• Providing other assistance to passengers as noted on the drivers manifest i. Any cash fares collected will be documented on the driver’s receipt. Cash fares received will be deducted from the cost of the ride on the final invoice to METRO.
ii. Links trip tickets can be collected and they will be turned in with receipts for full reimbursement for the cost of the ride on the final invoice to METRO.
iii. Customers presenting an electronic fare will be inspected in accordance with METRO requirements and documented on the manifest for submittal to METRO
- Contractor shall immediately notify Links Dispatchers of either any accident involving personal injury (requiring immediate medical transport), death, or any accident resulting in a vehicle being towed from the scene of the accident.
