(1) Vendor needs to provide ServiceNow assessment, support and implementation services to the government authority located in California.
• Perform a current state ServiceNow platform assessment
• Formulate recommendations based on the assessment
• Current state diagnostic report of entire platform with recommendations
• Record of all recommended changes from current state assessment, including a high-level description of each of the changes
• Detailed schedule showing timeline and effort to implement recommended solutions
• Create and Configure of Dashboards and Reports
• Create new fields, and update tables/table extensions
• Create and manage Notifications for CSM module • Develop and document detailed requirements and their components.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023.
