[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and conversion services using scanning resolution at 300 DPI, 400 DPI and 600 DPI in pdf, TIFF and OCR file format.
- digitize the paper artifacts and organize them electronically in accordance with a predetermined naming convention
- scanner and capture software must produce digital records that are compatible with the agency's defined EDMS system.
- Create individual .pdf files according to BDB instructions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023.
