[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide media and outreach campaign service to increase awareness among target audiences of CRD’s mission, role, and services.
- Conduct research, including market analysis and focus groups
- Develop and implement a media and outreach campaign
- campaign shall be multi-lingual and culturally-appropriate for diverse communities
- ability to reach and engage the target audiences, including through multi-lingual and culturally-appropriate media
- Media Campaign Plan shall include details of how and when the Contractor will negotiate/purchase/buy/follow-up of media product placement.
- Negotiating television media spots with television broadcasters
- Monitoring locations and replacing missing or damaged printed materials during outdoor advertising
- Tracking and verifying media presence through the campaign by documenting all graphic media placement and radio ads
- Media Campaign activities, including but not limited to number of impressions by media product, by region, and by language, and an assessment of and metrics related to the quality of these impressions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 30, 2023.
