[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide extension center security guard services to the government authority located in Baltimore, Montana.
- Contract security personnel will provide a variety of services implementing CCBC security objectives according to policies and procedures which may include but is not limited to the following general tasks:
• Entry and egress access control,
• Roving patrols of interior and exterior building areas,
• Visitor and building employee identification verification.
• Incident and daily operating reports
•, monitoring and responding to base building intrusion detection systems, alarms and fire detection
equipment, responding as necessary to support other life safety duties as identified by agency.
a) Maintaining personnel and payroll records.
b) Calculating and paying wages.
c) Withholding and remitting payroll taxes and other government-mandated charges.
d) Hiring, assigning, reassigning, counseling, disciplining and discharging.
e) Handling employee work-related claims and complaints.
f) Maintain all necessary, proper, and lawful records for assigned workers for U.S.
Citizens and Non-U.S. Citizens.
g) Responsible for providing and ensuring that security officers assigned wear a uniform.
 appropriate for event and/or venue.
- Responsibilities of Security Officer shall include but are not limited to the following:
a) Be fluent in English with ability to receive, give and understand written and verbal instructions and procedures.
b) Prevent unauthorized persons from loitering and/or entering the buildings.
c) Notify appropriate agency public safety of any problems with trespassers and students.
d) Assist appropriate agency public safety with crowd control, e.g., fire drills, bomb threats, disruptions, altercations, etc.
e) Provide parking lot control for cards and/or buses, notifying appropriate public safety of parking problems or violations.
f) Routine patrols of parking lots.
g) Provide periodic inspections of the premises, inside and out, as directed by public safety.
h) Assist visitors.
i) Notify public safety of any suspected drug problems, weapon violations, gang activity, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 21, 2023.
