(1) Vendor needs to provide science education standards revision support services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
- Provide content expertise in K-12 science education to plan, develop, and facilitate a process to revise
- Provide consultation for K-12 science standards revision processes, timelines, and work sessions in planning meetings with the State.
- Provide a report to the State that includes current research and trends in K-12 science education and K-12 science standards revision processes
- Develop a process, in partnership with the State, to develop a scope of work to guide science standards revision to include:
- Action steps, milestones, and timelines.
- Engaging a science standards advisory group.
- Drafting, revising, and finalizing the standards document
- Prepare for, organize, and facilitate, in partnership with the State, work sessions scheduled within the timelines for a science standards advisory group.
- Prepare and organize all documents and agendas for the facilitation of the science standards revision process
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 7, 2023.
