Vendor needs to provide court reporter services to document and transcribe actual oral communication that takes place at public meetings, hearings and arbitrations and depositions and interviews.
- The transcriptions from these events provide an accurate record of the communication at the event and in some cases, are required by law to be certified and notarized by the court reporter.
• Court reporters shall have the proper certification and ability to notarize transcripts.
• Court reporters shall have at least 2 years of court reporting experience with all of the above tasks.
• Transcripts shall be notarized and have sufficient state certification and/or seal.
• The EPA may have a need for available contractors within all four states, but contractors need not be available for all geographic areas in order to be eligible. Contractors shall clearly identify in advance the geographic areas listed below for which it is willing and able to provide services.
