(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive city master planning update and web-based platform to documents and development of a creative, streamlined, web-hosted platform for the public to access and review the documents, as well as an online portal to service the viewing, submission, and review of the City’s Permit & Licensing processes.
- An Inventory and analysis of existing documents to determine priority and degree required of updating.
- Development of a web-based platform to host, view, and interact with all documents through existing city web-site and integrate with site host CivicPlus
- Development of a creative, public facing GIS-based visualization that overlays geographic document content and allows for synchronizations of future updates. - Development of a web-based interface to service the viewing, submission, and review of Permit & Licensing processes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2023.
