[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and video upgrade services to the government authority located in Port Chester, NJ.
• Audio:
- The existing speaker system will be removed and replaced with a new JBL ceiling-mounted distributed speaker system more suitable for the divisible space.
- The speaker is to be grouped into two zones: Front and north room, Rear and south room
- New biamp Tesira forte dan ci dsp for audio signal processing and routing,
- New Sennheiser wireless handheld mic system with rechargeable battery and charging dock.
- New Sennheiser wireless bodypack and headset mic system with rechargeable battery and charging dock.
• Video:
Existing projector and projection screen and assumed to be in proper working condition and will remain connected to the system.
- New “85” sony wall mount display to be located on the west wall of the southern side of the room.
- New sony “65” display with chief mount to be well mounted on the west of the northern side of the room.
- New sony “65” display with chief mount to be well mounted on the east of the northern side of the room.
- New “21” NEC monitor to be mounted to a newly furnished spectrum desk to show the camera switcher fed.
AV sources:
- Existing HDMI and VGA wall plate
- Existing cable box
- Existing DVD player
- Barco click share c-10
- Client-furnished PC
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2023.
