[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide speech services for outside agency or a private practitioner to provide speech and language services to students with individualized educational plans to the government authority located in Jersey City, NJ.
• Must be able to provide bilingual speech language therapists.
• Speech and language services to students shall conform to appropriate professional standards.
• The speech language therapists will be accessible to discuss pertinent information with the child study team as needed.
• The level and extent of services will differ in some cases dependent on the student’s individual needs.
• All evaluations will produce a comprehensive signed written report for each discipline report.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be one years.
