[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide before and after care services for contractor must obtain criminal background checks and fingerprinting for all employees working to the government authority located in Southfield, MI.
- Morning care is required from 6:30 a.m. until the start of school and after school care from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. school start and end times may vary year to year.
(2) A pre-bid meeting conference will be held on February 6, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2023.
(4) The contract term will be two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
